RE: ANNUAL FLU VACCINATION PROGRAMME Y1-7
We have just received information from the local Health Trust in relation to the annual Flu vaccination programme. They have asked us to share the following information with you. Teachers will also send the full leaflet via their online platforms.
Tomorrow a permission slip will be sent home. You MUST return it to school even if you do not give permission for your child to be vaccinated.
Please remember that although we encourage everyone to receive the vaccination, it is your choice as to whether your child receives it.
